Reading recommendations
- What Should I Read Next? – In each episode, Anne Bogel of ModernMrsDarcy.com invites one guest to share two books they love and one book they don’t. Then Bogel provides custom book recommendations based on the guest’s answers, along with interesting commentary.
- The Currently Reading Podcast – On this podcast dedicated to the love of books, bookish friends discuss what’s on their nightstands, in their earbuds and on their Kindles.
- Reading Women – An international team of women readers invite you to reclaim half the bookshelf as they share their love of books written by or about women. Enjoy biweekly episodes along with author interviews, and the annual Reading Women Award.
Bookish nostalgia
- The Baby-sitters Club Club – Revisit all 130+ of these childhood favorites with this podcast’s two 30-something hosts, Jack Shepherd and Tanner Greenring. Each episode is centered around a different installment in the beloved franchise by Ann M. Martin. Language and host discussion/themes may prevent you from sharing this one with the younger (current) Baby-sitters Club fans in your life. It’s worth a listen first to decide for yourself.
